The Technology and Quality Assurance team at FosterAdopt Connect ensures the reliability and efficiency of the organization's technological infrastructure while maintaining high standards of service quality. The Quality Assurance Specialist focuses on maintaining and improving program effectiveness, the Vice President of Information Technology oversees strategic IT initiatives and innovation, and the Junior Systems Administrator supports the organization’s IT needs by managing and troubleshooting technical systems.
