Brad Davis

Brad Davis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in emergency management and public affairs. Currently serving as the Management Coordinator for the City of Foster City since February 2017, Davis previously held the position of Emergency Services Coordinator for the City of Malibu from January 2004 to January 2017, where leadership of volunteer teams was emphasized. Davis also contributed to the SCESA as a Member of the Board of Directors from 2010 to January 2017, focusing on public affairs initiatives. Early career highlights include serving as a Coordinator for the Malibu Disaster Medical Team and a Disaster Assistance Employee for FEMA, where involvement in significant disaster responses, including Hurricane Floyd and the Columbia Shuttle explosion, occurred. Additionally, Davis has a background in music production as a self-employed recording engineer/producer from 1974 to 2000, with experience at A & R Recording Studios in NYC and Marcus Music Studios in London. Educational qualifications include an EMT-B degree in Pre-Hospital Care from California State University, Los Angeles.
