Francine Magno, PE, QSD is a Senior Civil Engineer at the City of Foster City since November 2018, overseeing major capital improvement projects such as the Foster City Levee Improvements Project, the Recreation Center Replacement Project, and the San Mateo/Foster City Wastewater Treatment Plant Project.
