Icma-Cm Stefan Chatwin

Stefan Chatwin, ICMA-CM, currently serves as City Manager for the City of Foster City since June 2022. Prior to this role, Stefan held the position of City Manager in the City of Fairfield from December 2019 to February 2022, and in the City of Imperial from October 2016 to December 2019. Earlier experience includes the role of City Administrator in the City of Hayden from March 2009 to December 2015 and City Manager in Santaquin City from May 2004 to October 2008. Additional professional background includes serving as Director of Community Services in Ogden City from October 2001 to May 2003, Director of Add-on Services and Product Management at Dynix from November 1999 to October 2001, and as an Officer in the United States Air Force from December 1993 to November 1999. Stefan holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Aerospace Studies from Brigham Young University, obtained between 1990 and 1993.
