Nori Jabba

Nori Jabba serves as the Housing Coordinator in the Community Development Department for the City of Foster City since January 2023, overseeing housing programs and guiding community members in housing matters. Nori Jabba has also established a career as an author and speaker, with the book "Keeping Your Seat at the Table" and offers services for speaking engagements. Prior experience includes serving as President of Jabba Development Strategies, LLC, where advocacy and strategic planning for affordable housing were key focuses, and held various leadership roles at HIP Housing, including Interim Director of Property Management. Nori Jabba’s earlier experience features positions such as President at BN Jabba Consulting, Director of Public and Community Affairs at DMB Pacific Ventures, and Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager at Pacific Gas and Electric Company. Educational qualifications include a MURP in Urban and Regional Planning from The George Washington University School of Business and a B.A. in English from Grinnell College.
