Phoebe Shin Venkat ️

Phoebe Shin Venkat (潘煦琦) serves as the Vice Chair of CORA - Community Overcoming Relationship Abuse, alongside roles as Board Member, Treasurer, and Finance Committee Co-Chair. Currently running for City Council in Foster City, California, Phoebe's platform includes economic vibrancy, mental health, affordable housing, sustainability, childcare, and community safety. In addition to being an At-Large Executive Board Member of the San Mateo County Asian American Pacific Islander Alliance, Phoebe acts as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Foster City, advising on planning and community development. As a co-founder of Hybrid Ventures and a mentor at Commsor, Phoebe supports community management professionals. Phoebe is also an active member of the Foster City Rotary Club and has volunteered for various political campaigns. An angel investor, Phoebe partners with multiple organizations including the Jason Calacanis Syndicate. Educational achievements include a BS in Education from Boston University and leadership training through the Leadership Council of San Mateo County.
