James Goolsby

James Goolsby is a seasoned Quality Assurance Inspector currently employed at Foster CM Group, Inc. since October 2019. Prior to this role, James served as a Resident Project Representative and Senior Construction Inspector at ARCADIS-US from 2008 until March 2019. James holds an Associate's degree in Civil Engineering from TSTI in Waco, Texas, completed between 1986 and 1988, and obtained a graduation diploma from Grapeland High School, where studies concluded in 1978.
