Foster, CCM, FCMAA is the President and CEO of Foster CM Group, Inc., a Program/Construction Management firm founded in 1992, with multiple offices across major cities including San Antonio, Dallas, Ft. Worth, Austin, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Atlanta, and Phoenix. Prior to this role, Paul W. Foster served as a Field Manager at Day & Zimmermann from April 1986 to January 1992. Paul W. Foster holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree from Texas Tech University, where education was completed from 1975 to 1980.
