Hà Li

Hà Li has a diverse work experience starting in 2014 with an HR internship at Big C Vietnam. From 2014 to 2016, Hà Li worked as an interpreter at MAS Linea Aqua, where they provided interpretation services and completed daily activity logs. In 2016, Hà Li joined Coats as a Customer Care Agent, handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints. Since 2018, Hà Li has been working at Foster Corporation as a Senior Sales Supervisor, responsible for pricing policies, inventory management, and ensuring correct pricing and stock availability.

Hà Li completed their education in multiple stages. From 2009 to 2014, they attended Hanoi University, where they pursued a degree in Financial banking. During this period, they studied subjects related to Business Administration and Management in general. Additionally, from 2009 to 2013, they also pursued a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature/Letters at the same institution.

In terms of certifications, Hà Li obtained a certification in Toeic from IIG Vietnam in June of 2020.
