Michael Gerhard, MBA, serves as the Executive Director of Operations at Foster Corporation since July 2023, following significant roles at Flex as Quality Director and Sr. Quality Manager. Previously, Michael held various positions at Foster Corporation, including Quality Manager and Sr. Quality Engineer, where responsibilities included directing product quality control, establishing departmental goals, and managing quality staff. Michael's early career involved developing manufacturing processes at Foster Delivery Science and laboratory technician duties at Kelly Services. Michael holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
