Jerome Mallari

Jerome Mallari is currently serving as the FSQA Assistant Manager at Foster Farms since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jerome was the Food Safety & Quality Manager at True Organic Products Inc from August 2020 to January 2024, where responsibilities included establishing and directing food safety efforts in alignment with ISO 22000 and FSMA standards, overseeing compliance with HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices, and leading internal audits. Jerome's earlier experience at The Wine Group, spanning from March 2007 to July 2020, included positions as Laboratory Lead/Supervisor and Chemist, focusing on overseeing laboratory operations, developing SOPs, and implementing food safety programs. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of the Pacific, attained between 2002 and 2006.
