Tom Bower

Tom Bower boasts over three decades of experience in supply chain management and logistics, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Foster Farms since June 2010. Previously, Tom held various leadership roles at Dot Foods from 1998 to 2010, including General Manager for the Western Region. Earlier career highlights include work as an Independent Sales Representative for Diadora and Puma Footwear and Apparel, as well as coaching positions in men's and women's soccer at Quincy University. Tom's foundational experience includes serving in the United States Air Force as an F-16 maintenance technician. Tom holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Management and Political Science from Quincy University and a certificate in Advanced Achievement Leadership from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
