Partheban Annamalai

Partheban Annamalai has extensive work experience in operations and engineering management. Partheban currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at SOURCE Global, starting in November 2021. Prior to this role, they worked at Jabil for over 10 years in various positions such as Director of Operations, Operations Manager, Assistant Operations Manager, Senior Workcell Operations Manager, Workcell Operations Manager, and NPI Project Manager. At Jabil, they managed large workforces, including both direct and indirect labor, and oversaw engineering functions, manufacturing, quality engineering, materials management, and program management.

Before joining Jabil, Partheban worked as an Engineering Manager at PT VS Technology, Indonesia, where they managed engineering department activities and ensured quality PCBAs were produced. Partheban also had a role as an Engineering Operation Manager at Celestica, where they served as the NPI Manager for Agilent Technologies projects. Additionally, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Jabil and as a Process Engineer at Flex, where they led projects and determined processes for PCBA assembly. Overall, Partheban Annamalai has a wealth of experience in operations and engineering management in the electronics manufacturing industry.

Partheban Annamalai obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University Putra Malaysia, Serdang, Malaysia. The degree was completed from 1995 to 1999.
