Rhian Deakin

Rhian Deakin serves as General Counsel and Senior Partner at Foster + Partners since March 2010, overseeing legal aspects of the international design studio's business, including contracts, corporate structuring, and legal risk analysis. Additionally, Rhian holds the position of Trust Appointed Governor with EDI link role at Hayes School in Bromley since September 2022. Previous experience includes work as an Associate at Travers Smith, focusing on private equity M&A and venture capital from 2007 to March 2010, and as an Associate at Allen & Overy, specializing in real estate and private equity M&A from March 2003 to March 2007. Rhian Deakin holds an MA (Hons) in Law from the University of Cambridge and a Diploma in Legal Practice from Nottingham Law School.
