Joy Saquing is an experienced leader in worship and creative arts, currently serving as the Founder and Coach at The Worship Studio since April 2021, where Joy equips emerging worshippers through digital courses and coaching. Joy is also a Worship Leader at Experience Church SF and holds multiple roles at Foster the Bay, including Church Partnership Director for San Francisco County and Regional Director for San Francisco & Marin Counties. Previous positions include Acoustic Guitar Room Manager at Guitar Center and Worship & Creative Arts Pastor at Bay Hills Community Church, among others. Joy's foundation in music education was established at Moody Bible Institute, where a Bachelor's Degree in Vocal Performance was earned.

Foster the Bay is a coalition of churches committed to providing a loving home for every child in the foster system. Our mission is to inspire and equip local churches to raise up at least one foster family with a team of 4 support friends until there are more than enough families able to help each child in the foster care system.
