Foster the City
Shaun Middlebusher is an experienced design leader and creative professional with a diverse background in brand strategy, user experience, and digital design. Currently serving as an Advisory Council Member at Foster the City, Shaun provides guidance on design and brand strategy. In previous roles, Shaun has functioned as Creative Director at Prosimo.io, where responsibilities included enhancing brand experience and supporting sales enablement through product marketing initiatives. As Senior Principal Designer at PlanetScale, Shaun led a design team to create a new branding strategy that facilitated significant funding growth. Additional experience includes roles as Creative Director at Inspire Investing and Zuora, where Shaun played a key role in visual identity development and digital asset creation. Shaun's career began with leadership roles in design agencies and educational projects, culminating in education from San José State University and Santa Barbara City College in Graphic Design and Web Development.

Foster the Bay is a coalition of churches committed to providing a loving home for every child in the foster system. Our mission is to inspire and equip local churches to raise up at least one foster family with a team of 4 support friends until there are more than enough families able to help each child in the foster care system.
