Chris Powers

Chris Powers is a seasoned entrepreneur and financier with a strong background in real estate and media. As Co-Founder of Fostr AI since January 2025 and Podcaster for The Fort Podcast since December 2018, Chris brings extensive experience to the technology and media sectors. Previously, Chris served as Founder & CEO of Fort, a real estate private equity firm specializing in commercial, industrial assets, urban development, and multi-family properties, from January 2005 to August 2025. Chris holds a BBA in Finance and Marketing from the M.J. Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University, completed in 2008.
