Shirley Mafrm

Shirley Ma is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Merck since August 2017, Shirley previously held positions at OncoMed Pharmaceuticals as a Scientist from March 2008 to August 2017, and at PDL BioPharma as a Senior Research Associate from August 2001 to March 2008. Earlier in the career, Shirley worked as a Research Associate II at Xenogen Corporation from March 2000 to August 2001 and served as an Ophthalmologist at the Ophthalmology Department of the 1st Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from September 1991 to November 1995. Shirley holds a Master's degree in Biology from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor's degree in Medicine from China Medical University.
