Fion Li is currently the Vice President of Human Resources for China at Club Med, overseeing APAC markets and resorts. Previously, Fion held various leadership roles in human resources at Fosun 复星, where they served as Group Partner and Co-CHO, as well as Senior Director positions. Fion also worked as an HR Manager for Talent Acquisition at The Walt Disney Company and held earlier roles at Career Insight and Stanton Chase. Fion earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics.
