Miao He

Miao Miao is the Legal General Manager (Managing Director) at Fosun Group, a position held since 2022. Previously, Miao served as Associate Legal Director at Danone Asia Pacific from 2016 to 2022 and as Legal Counsel at Bayer (China) Limited between 2011 and 2016. Early in their career, Miao worked as an Attorney at Haiwen Law Offices from 2008 to 2010 and as a Corporate Legal Assistant at Corning Shanghai Regional from 2007 to 2008. Miao holds both a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Master's degree in Civil and Commercial Law from Fudan University, earned between 2000 and 2007.
