David Wilson

David Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. David is the founder and CEO of Fosway Group, a prominent HR industry analyst firm focused on next-gen learning, HR, and talent. David has been with the company since its inception in 1996 and is known for their independent and insightful research on topics such as HR transformation, talent management, and AI in HR. In addition to their role at Fosway Group, David also serves as a Leadership Fellow at the Society of Leadership Fellows. Prior to their current positions, David was the Managing Director of Learning Connect Ltd, where they spearheaded e-learning solutions and built relationships with Lotus and IBM. David started their career as a Senior Consultant at Systems Designers, specializing in artificial intelligence and expert systems. Throughout their career, David has been actively involved in shaping strategies, providing input to product development, and delivering curriculum on various topics related to technology and business transformation.

David Wilson attended the University of Nottingham from 1981 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics with Computing. Prior to that, from 1979 to 1981, they attended SEEVIC and studied Mathematics, Physics, and Economics. In 2020, David Wilson received the certification of Fellow from The Learning and Performance Institute.
