Catriona Sheehan is an experienced HR and L&D Manager with a career spanning over two decades in the hospitality sector. Currently, Catriona serves as HR and L&D Manager for The Fota Collection, which includes Fota Island Resort and The Kingsley, providing comprehensive HR, learning and development, coaching, and business support since July 2006. Previous roles include Relief Manager at Limerick Institute of Technology, overseeing hospitality management, and Deputy General Manager at Glanworth Mill, where Catriona contributed to the operation of award-winning restaurants and accommodations. Catriona's professional foundation includes a Higher Diploma in Personnel Management from University College Cork and a Diploma in Hotel Operations and Advanced Restaurant Skills from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
