Mike Gadzala

Mike Gadzala is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in bar supervision and mixology. Currently serving as Bar Supervisor at The Dunloe Hotel & Gardens since May 2019, Mike also holds the position of Outlet Senior Supervisor at Metropolitan Hotel Dubai. Additionally, Mike has worked as a Bartender at The Dunloe Hotel & Gardens and as a Mixologist at Fota Island Resort since November 2018. Prior experience includes a long tenure as Head Bartender and Bartender at Cliff House Hotel beginning in September 2014.
