Eric Svoboda

Eric Svoboda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in resource management and continuous improvement within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Senior Resource Center Manager and Client Team Leader at The Foth Companies since April 2012, Eric specializes in driving process enhancements through Lean methodologies, facilitating Rapid Improvement and Kaizen events, and delivering lean training. Prior to this role, Eric held various positions at Plexus from November 2004 to April 2012, including Manufacturing Manager and Lean Sigma Champion, where responsibilities included managing a sizable production workforce and leading site-level projects to enhance operational metrics. Eric's career began at Black & Decker as a Branch Sales Representative. Eric holds an MBA from UW-Oshkosh and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
