James Comly is an experienced engineering and project management professional with a strong background in process engineering, operations management, and capital project execution. James has held leadership roles at various companies, including R.W. Hartnett Company as General Manager and Center for Breakthrough Medicines as Senior Principal Process Engineer, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, project management, facility design, and stakeholder engagement. James has also contributed to significant projects at Mars Wrigley Confectionery and Johnson & Johnson, managing multi-million dollar budgets and cross-functional teams.
