Krystle Smits has over 16 years of experience in benefits and compensation management, currently serving as the Benefits and Compensation Manager at The Foth Companies since September 2007, where responsibilities include identifying trends to enhance employee attraction and retention, engaging employees through effective communication, and ensuring compliance with legislation in program development. Prior to this role, Krystle held the position of Financial Intern at A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. Educational qualifications include dual M.S. degrees in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, as well as a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
