Larry Kramka possesses over 25 years of extensive experience in leading complex environmental projects, specializing in environmental review and permitting, with substantial expertise in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Market Leader and Senior Project Manager at The Foth Companies since January 2018, Kramka has excelled in project management and regulatory strategy development for mining and water resources clients in the upper Midwest. Previous roles include Mining Services Director at Houston Engineering, Inc., where leadership encompassed environmental sciences and regulatory efforts, and Director of the Division of Lands and Minerals at the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, focusing on managing the state's mineral resources. Kramka's contributions extend to board member positions with the Conservation Corps Minnesota and Iowa and the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources, reinforcing a strong commitment to environmental stewardship and resource management. Education includes a BS in Natural Resources and Environmental Studies from the University of Minnesota and a Graduate Certificate from the Minnesota Executive Program.
