Ray Forrester has a diverse range of work experience in the environmental industry. Ray started their career in 1968 in the United States Army where they served as a Captain until 1980. After leaving the military, they worked at Syntex Corporation as an Environmental Manager, overseeing projects such as the remediation of the Missouri dioxin problem. In 1989, Forrester joined McLaren/Hart Environmental Engineering Corporation as the Vice President of the Central US, where they established multiple offices in the region. In 1994, they and their wife founded The Forrester Group Inc., which provided various environmental services. They later sold the company to Foth Infrastructure & Environment, L.L.C in 2009. Currently, Forrester is working as a Client Director at Foth, responsible for nationwide business development and sales for the Environment Division.
Ray Forrester obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology between 1970 and 1972. Prior to that, they pursued pre-engineering at Missouri State University from 1968 to 1970.
