Alberto Velez

Alberto Velez has significant experience in the field of engineering, particularly in computer graphics visual effects. Alberto served as the VP of Production Systems Engineering at FotoKem from 2011, and prior to that, they held the position of VP of Systems Engineering at Sony Pictures Imageworks for 17 years. In these roles, Alberto demonstrated strong technical expertise and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Alberto is also known for their strategic vision, attention to detail, and collaborative approach with various stakeholders.

Alberto Velez attended Loyola Marymount University from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science.
