Janez Pusnik

Janez Pusnik has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Janez served as the CFO at Baumax Slovenia and Baumax Croatia from 2002 to 2007. Janez then joined Halcom d.d. as the CFO from 2007 to 2017. After that, they worked as the CFO at Winsystems d.o.o. from 2017 to 2018. In 2012, they also became an expert witness for the fields of "Business Appraisal" and "Accounting" at Slovenian courts. In 2016, they became the owner and CEO of NPK d.o.o. Janez joined Petrol d.d. in 2013 as a Supervisory Board's Audit committee member - independent external expert until 2022. Janez also served as a Supervisory Board Member from 2020 to 2021 at Petrol d.d. Finally, in 2018, they became the CFO at Fotona d.o.o.

Janez Pusnik received their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Process Automation from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering Ljubljana, where they studied from 1989 to 1994. Janez then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Faculty of Economics Ljubljana from 1994 to 1997. In 2007, Janez earned the title of Certified Accountant after completing their specialization at the Slovenian Institute for Auditors, a program that lasted from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained the title of Certified Business Appraiser from the same institution, where they specialized from 2009 to 2011.
