Antonio Tena

Antonio Tena has extensive work experience in the renewable energy industry. Antonio began their career at KV Consultores as a Civil and Structural Engineer, working on projects such as the extension of Road A-1 and technical support for Málaga Airport. Antonio then moved on to ARIES INGENIERIA Y SISTEMAS, where they continued their role as a Civil and Structural Engineer. At SunEdison, Antonio served as a Civil and Structural Engineer and was responsible for designing, reviewing, and constructing civil and structural works for photovoltaic and wind projects in various countries. Antonio'snotable projects include photovoltaic projects in Chile, Uruguay, Jordan, Israel, and the UK. Currently, Antonio is working at FRV, where they have held several roles, including Technical Manager Europe and Head of Technical Department, Development, and EPC. In these positions, they have managed technical assessment for new projects, generated technical inputs for project financial models, and overseen the bidding process, contract negotiation, and construction phase. Antonio has been involved in significant projects such as the San Servan 400 kV and 220 kV PV projects in Spain and the development of FRV's Europe portfolio.

Antonio Tena obtained their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 2002. Antonio then pursued further education by completing a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio between 2002 and 2004.
