Hugo Cachafeiro

Hugo Cachafeiro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and renewable energy. Currently serving as Project Director for Iberia PMO at Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (FRV), Hugo manages significant photovoltaic projects in Spain, such as PV San Serván I and II. Previously, Hugo held roles including Project & Construction Director at Solaria Energía y Medio Ambiente, International Project Manager at AFRY, and International Project Director at Aries Ingenieria, where substantial accomplishments in project value and innovation were achieved. An educator as well, Hugo has taught Project Management within the International MBA course at the Escuela de Organización Industrial. Hugo holds a Chemical Engineering degree from Universidad de Santiago de Compostela and has further qualifications in project management and business administration.
