Ram Vijayaseelan

Ram Vijayaseelan has extensive experience in the finance industry, with a focus on structured finance, mergers and acquisitions, and project finance. Ram is currently the Head of Structured Finance and M&A - Australia at Fotowatio Renewable Ventures (FRV), starting in June 2022. Prior to joining FRV, Ram worked at National Australia Bank from November 2013 to June 2022, specializing in Energy & Infrastructure Finance. Ram also gained experience in project finance at Corality from May 2012 to November 2013. Ram began their career at Deutsche Bank, where they worked as an Equity Research Analyst (TMT) from January 2008 to July 2011, and as an intern focusing on Resources from December 2006 to January 2007. Ram also served as an Equity Research Assistant (Industrials) at CommSec from December 2004 to November 2006.

Ram Vijayaseelan completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Sydney from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended The King's School from 1997 to 2002. In addition, they obtained the CFA Level III certification from the CFA Institute in June 2011.
