Crystal Cervantes has been working in customer service for over three years. Crystal started as a Client Support Specialist at Dock, a company that provides an open and connected solution allowing users to truly own their data. In this role, they provided real-time assistance to users via live chat and contributed to the Help Center. Crystal then moved on to become a Talent Specialist at Remote.com, where they were responsible for the user experience end-to-end. In this role, they again contributed to the Help Center, as well as daily managing and processing customer disputes. Most recently, Crystal has taken on the role of Customer Experience Associate at Found, where they are responsible for providing solutions and supporting Remote talent.

Crystal Cervantes reports to Lauren Myrick, Co-founder & CEO. Crystal Cervantes works with Nick Adler - COO, Margaret-Ann Seger - Head of Product, and Charlie Schaeffer - Risk Operations Lead.
