Ilana Polster

Ilana Polster is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief of Staff for both a Private Family and Found since July 2023. Prior to these roles, Ilana Polster worked as a Special Projects Manager at Coatue Management from March 2020 to June 2023 and as a Generalist at The D. E. Shaw Group from August 2017 to March 2020. Early professional experience includes serving as a Project 55 Fellow at The Rockefeller Foundation from July 2016 to July 2017 and internships at Cleveland Clinic in 2013 and 2014. Ilana Polster holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public & International Affairs from Princeton University and has received Emergency Medical Technician certification and Wilderness First Responder training.
