Kevin Marano is the Business Operations Lead at Found. Prior to this, Kevin was a Senior Manager, Business Operations at Postmates Inc. from May 2016 to July 2021. While at Postmates, Kevin automated dynamic background check adjudication to minimize courier onboarding time & support bandwidth, implemented recurring hardware fees for new and existing tablet partners, released real-time profile review dashboard to reduce review from 20 mins to seconds, launched same-day in-person merchant onboarding for tablet partners in strategic markets, and proactively procured local & international PPE supply for couriers and merchants. Kevin also grew the courier gear store annual sales to +$1M. Prior to Postmates, Kevin was at Groupon from August 2013 to May 2016 as the Billing Operations where they optimized the CRM and procedures for the Sales, Support, and Account Management’s teams for ad hoc sales promotions, pricing models, and third-party integrations. As the liaison between Breadcrumb and Groupon’s Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Legal teams, Kevin ensured all Breadcrumb operational revisions were properly accounted. Kevin also negotiated reduced rates for Groupon's Billing, Payment Gateway, and Ticketing platforms and continued to manage all billing support, collections, and previous roles responsibilities.
