Jess Hall is currently the Head of Programmes at Foundation 92, where they oversee operational delivery and quality assurance across departments. Previously, Jess managed the NCS contract at Bolton Lads & Girls Club from 2018 to 2022. In addition to their professional responsibilities, Jess serves as a board member for Restoring Hope, supporting community initiatives.
