Varsha Kumar started their work experience at The Laundry Bag™ in March 2020 as a Strategist. Varsha held this position until September 2020. In June 2023, they joined Foundation AI as a Business Analyst, a role they continue to hold.

Varsha Kumar completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from VNR Vignanajyothi Institute of Engineering & Technology from 2018 to 2022. In 2022, they enrolled at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst for further education. Varsha pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Analytics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst during the same period.
