Alyssa Spagnolo

Alyssa Spagnolo is an experienced professional in the fields of venture capital, growth strategy, and accelerator programs. Currently serving as the Director of Accelerator Programs at Foundation Capital since April 2025, Alyssa leads the Build Accelerator Program, supporting early-stage founders. Previously, Alyssa was the Head of Growth and Strategy at Banyan Infrastructure, where efforts were directed towards advancing climate fintech initiatives in renewable energy. As a founding team member of OMERS Ventures' U.S. office, Alyssa played a key role in developing the investment strategy and led the Insurtech vertical practice. Additional board observer roles included positions at Clearcover, Acerta, #paid, and Rose Rocket. Earlier career highlights include working as a Venture Capital Investor at ScaleUP Ventures and co-founding the innovative audio technology company Eno. Alyssa's education includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen's University.
