Alexia Maldonado

Alexia Maldonado currently serves as the Learning Center Manager at Foundation Communities, a position held since August 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing educational programs and fostering collaborative relationships to support student success. Previously, Alexia worked as a Graduation Coach with Austin Independent School District from August 2015 to June 2017, focusing on helping at-risk students achieve graduation. Earlier roles include serving as a Prevention Specialist at Hays Caldwell Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse, a Twilight Dropout Specialist at Austin Independent School District, and an intern at LifeWorks Austin. Alexia's experience also includes counseling positions at YMCA of Austin and YMCA of Greater Williamson County. Alexia holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Development from Texas State University.
