Luis Contreras

Luis Contreras is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and real estate development. Currently serving as the Director of Construction at Foundation Communities since January 2020, Luis has held various roles including Senior Construction Manager and Real Estate Project Manager. Prior to this, Luis worked as a Project Manager at IE2 Construction, Inc. and Reign Builders Group, as well as a Construction Project Manager for Retail Project Manager and a Project Manager/Retail Store Planner at Charming Charlie. With a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The University of Texas at San Antonio, Luis is skilled in managing project activities, coordinating teams, and ensuring alignment with contractual agreements and budgets.
