Juliana previously held the position of Director of Programs & Advancement at With My Own Two Hands Foundation and served as HerStory Director at Global G.L.O.W. Juliana's experience also includes roles at the Women's Environment & Development Organization, where Juliana supported climate justice initiatives, and UN Women, where Juliana contributed to research on women, peace, and security.
