Jennifer Pichly

Jennifer Pichly has a diverse work experience in event planning, coordination, and management. Jennifer currently works at the Foundation for California Community Colleges as a Senior Specialist, Conferences and Events, where they lead and manages all aspects of event execution, including virtual, hybrid, and in-person events. Jennifer also oversees vendors, delegates tasks, manages RFPs, and creates and reconciles budgets. Prior to this, they held a similar role at the same company as a Specialist, Conferences and Events.

Before joining the Foundation for California Community Colleges, Jennifer worked as an Event Planner and Social Media Manager at Curated by Grace + White. Jennifer also held the position of Program Coordinator at Physicians for a Healthy California and Event Services Manager at Atrium Hospitality.

Jennifer's experience in event coordination extends to their role as a Tour & Event Coordinator at E. & J. Gallo Winery. Jennifer also gained valuable skills as a Strategic Event Management Assistant at CalPERS, where they assisted in planning and executing various events and managed registration for a large educational forum.

Earlier in their career, Jennifer worked as a Corporate Partnerships Trainee at Sacramento River Cats, where they performed administrative duties and assisted with contract management. Jennifer also gained customer service and sales experience as a Sales Associate at Hollister Co.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has consistently demonstrated their ability to effectively plan, execute, and manage events, work with vendors, and handle budgets. Jennifer has a strong attention to detail and is capable of leading and delegating tasks to ensure successful event outcomes.

Jennifer Pichly pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Facilities Management from California State University-Sacramento. Jennifer attended the university from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, Jennifer obtained a certification in Cvent Event Diagramming from Cvent in August 2020.
