Liz Avila Delgado

Liz Avila Delgado has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Tutor at San Dieguito Union High School District for nearly four years. In 2014, they transitioned to a Copy Supervisor role at Staples and stayed there for over a year. From 2015 to 2021, Liz worked at North County Health Services (NCHS) in various positions, including OB Outreach Worker, Patient Retention and Engagement Specialist, Planning and Project Manager, and finally as a Health Coverage Enrollment Manager. Currently, since 2021, they are working as an Engagement Specialist at the Foundation for California Community Colleges.

Liz Avila Delgado completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Liberal Studies- Border Studies from California State University San Marcos between 2010 and 2014. Prior to that, they attended San Dieguito Academy from 2006 to 2010. Liz has also obtained additional certifications, including being a Certified Enrollment Counselor from Covered California in December 2015, and a Family Planning Health Worker Certification from the California Family Health Council in September 2015.
