Yasmin Davidds

Dr. Yasmin Davidds is an Organizational Psychologist; Founder and CEO of the Latina Global Executive Leadership Institute; and Founder and President of the Women’s Institute of Negotiation (WIN). Yasmin’s extensive and multi-faceted career has focused on entrepreneurship, negotiation skills, and leadership cultivation—with a particular focus on empowering and developing members of disadvantaged communities, including women. Having received recognition from the U.S. Congress, the California State Senate, and the California State Assembly for her work, Yasmin is an industry leader in training, facilitation, and instructional design whom is frequently sought out by Fortune 500 executives for her coaching and counseling expertise. To date, Yasmin has worked with more than 2,000 corporate leaders in 200 blue chip companies located in 22 different countries.

Throughout her career, Yasmin has sought to advance the role of women within professional, academic, and corporate settings. In 2011, Yasmin founded the Women’s Institute of Negotiation (WIN), an organization dedicated to the teaching, instruction, and development of women's negotiating skills and business expertise. In 2013, Yasmin developed and launched the first Latina Global Executive Leadership Program in partnership with the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, of which she is an alumna. Now a Professor of Leadership at USC’s Marshall School of Business, Yasmin regularly teaches leadership and negotiation courses, in addition to having previously taught at both Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and the Microsoft Leadership Academy.

Yasmin received her doctorate of organizational psychology from the Phillips Graduate Institute; her master’s of liberal arts with an emphasis on women and the global economy from San Diego State University; and her bachelor of science in business administration with an emphasis on entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California. She has completed multiple leadership programs at Harvard University, Stanford University, the University of Oxford, and the University of Cambridge. Yasmin has served as a board member for numerous organizations, including the Los Angeles Inter-Agency Council on Abuse and Neglect of Children (ICAN); SDSU’s Finance Board and Associated Students; Power 106 Knowledge is Power Foundation; Hispanas Organized Political Equality (HOPE); California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce; USC Latino Alumni Association; and CIT/ONEWEST Bank.
