J Lloyd Michener

J Lloyd Michener is a distinguished medical professional with extensive experience in community health and family medicine. Currently serving as Principal Investigator at A Practical Playbook since July 2012 and Board Chair at the Foundation for Health Leadership & Innovation since July 2018, Michener has made significant contributions in various leadership roles at Duke University. Notably, from July 1994 to September 2017, Michener was Chair of the Department of Community & Family Medicine, overseeing diverse programs including family medicine, community health, and the Duke Physician Assistant Program.
