Gretchen Sussman

Gretchen Sussman currently serves as President of LEAD3 Consulting, focusing on inspiring and coaching leaders to unlock their potential and enhance performance in both personal and professional realms. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Sussman is a member of the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Women's Leadership & Empowerment and has previously served as Chairperson of the Board for New Hope of Indiana. Sussman's background includes strategic advisory and consulting roles at Leading NOW, where contributions were made to drive cultural transformation and improve diverse leadership, as well as serving as Principal at Root LLC within Accenture and Vice President at CSM Bakery Products. Notably, Sussman has held significant positions in various organizations, including board membership with the International Foodservice Manufacturers Association and Women's Foodservice Forum, where revenue models were successfully transformed. Sussman holds executive leadership training from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, is a Certified Executive Coach, and has a foundation in business from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
