Stephen Duprey

Stephen Duprey has over 17 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Stephen is currently the Senior Director of Operations at Foundation Health Partners since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Tanana Chiefs Conference as the Director of Allied Health Services from February 2021 to August 2021, and as the Administrative Director of Laboratory Services from April 2018 to August 2021. Stephen also served as the Manager of Laboratory & Orthopedic Surgery at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center from November 2014 to April 2018. Stephen has held various roles such as Laboratory Operations Manager at Nashoba Valley Medical Center from July 2012 to October 2014, Supervisor of Laboratory Services at Nashoba Valley Medical Center - Steward Health Care from July 2011 to July 2012, and Medical Laboratory Scientist at Lowell General Hospital from October 2009 to June 2011. Stephen has also worked as a Medical Laboratory Scientist at Sentara Careplex Hospital, Berkshire Health Systems, and Plattsburgh Medical Center. Stephen started their career as a Medical Laboratory Technician at CVPH Medical Center in May 2004 and worked there until August 2006.

Stephen Duprey received an A.S. degree in Medical Laboratory Science from Clinton Community College from 2002 to 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they pursued a B.S. degree in Medical Technology/Biology at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. Later, from 2007 to 2008, they attended Berkshire Medical School of Medical Technology where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology. In 2010, Stephen embarked on a master's program in Healthcare Management at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, which they completed in 2012. Lastly, they pursued a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Purdue University, from 2016 to 2018.
