Jay Zwahlen

Jay Zwahlen currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Foundation Healthcare Services, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this, Jay Zwahlen was with Cambridge Healthcare Services, LLC from February 2017 to December 2023, where roles included Chief of Strategy & Business Development and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Jay Zwahlen also co-owned and operated White Plum from August 2013 to August 2016. Other significant positions include Administrator at Lincoln Square Post-Acute Rehab and Brentwood Health Care Center, as well as Owner of Jay Zwahlen Marketing. Jay Zwahlen holds a BA in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from Brigham Young University, completed in 2008.
