Sue Cater

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Foundation Medical Partners

Sue Cater is a highly experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with extensive expertise in mental health care. Currently engaged at Foundation Medical Partners since January 2016, Sue has previously served in similar roles at the Center for Life Management. In addition to clinical practice, Sue has contributed to education as an adjunct faculty member at Great Bay Community College and Rivier University, focusing on mental health nursing. Earlier career roles include Clinical Nurse Manager at Manchester Community Health Center and internship at Keystone Hall, where foundational skills in mental health treatment were developed. Sue holds a Master’s Degree in psychiatric nursing and an M.A. in mental health counseling from Rivier University, along with an Associate of Science in nursing from Regents College and a diploma in practical nursing from St Joseph Hospital School. Sue also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences Secondary Education from Rivier University.
